Processing Time:

Every set is made with love! Please allow [3-7 business days] for your nails to be created before they ship out.

Tracking Info:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your cute little package all the way home. 

 

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address! If an order is sent back due to an incorrect address, a reship fee will apply.

 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages;

Once your package is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

 

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if your order arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos so we can help. 

 

International Orders:

Customs fees or VAT (if charged) are the buyer’s responsibility. Delays can happen depending on your country’s customs process.
 

Order Changes & Cancellation:

You can make changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

**After production begins, cancellations aren’t possible since everything is handmade to order.**
